Kottakkal Haridrakhandam is a very famous and highly effective Ayurvedic medicine for allergies. Its main ingredient is Haridra ƒ?? turmeric.

Kottakkal Haridrakhandam Benefits:-

It is used widely to treat allergic and itching skin diseases and improves skin quality and complexion.

Dosage:

• Take 5 ƒ?? 10 g once or two times a day before or after food, as directed by an Ayurvedic doctor.
• It is usually given along with milk or honey.
• Dosage for children below 5 years of age ƒ?? 1 ƒ?? 2 grams, once or twice a day, along with a teaspoon of honey or warm water/milk.
• Dosage for children between 5 ƒ?? 12 years of age ƒ?? 5 grams once or twice a day along with a teaspoon of honey or warm water/milk.

Safe for kids:-
It is safe to use this medicine in a lower dose (1 ƒ?? 2 grams per day), in children above 3 years of age.
