1. Return Policy (7 Days)

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery, if the following conditions are met:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) is provided.

Note: Returns are not accepted for opened or used products due to hygiene and safety reasons.

To initiate a return:

  • Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
