kashayam Ingredients: 
Ginger – 2 parts
Amruta = Giloya = Tinospora cordifolia  – 6 parts
Haritaki – Terminalia chebula – 4 parts
It is added with 8 parts of water, boiled, and reduced to a quarter part.
