Kottakkal Sukumara Ghritam is an Ayurvedic medicine, in herbal ghee form. It is used for the preparatory procedures for Panchakarma and in the treatment of gynecological diseases.
Kottakkal Sukumara Ghritam benefits:-
- It is used as medicine and also in a preparatory procedure called snehakarma for the treatment of lower abdominal pain in women, abscesses, hemorrhoids, menstrual pain, inflammation, and constipation.
- In women, it is usually given as a daily tonic in lower doses for overall good health and to improve skin complexion.

Sukumara Ghrita dosage:-
As medicine – Take a quarter to a half teaspoon with water, usually before food, once or twice a day, or as directed by an Ayurvedic doctor.
For Panchakarma preparation – Snehana procedure, the dose depends on the disease status and the judgment of the Ayurvedic doctor.
