AVP Asoka Gritham

AVP Asoka Gritham is a herbal ghee formulation used widely in gynecology disorders.

Its usage:

1. It is used as a preparatory procedure called Sneha karma.
2. In the treatment of respiratory disorders.
3. In anemia, loss of weight menstrual disorders, and bleeding.

Effect on tridoshas: clams Vata and pitta.

Dosage:

1/4-1/2tsf followed by the warm water on an empty stomach once or as directed by the physician.

AVP Asoka gritham ingredients:-

Ashoka

water boiled reduced to1/4 the quantity.

Decoction of jeeraka

rice washed water

goat milk

kesharaja rasa

jeevaniya gana herbs

yastimadhu

priyala

parushaka

pasanjana

ashoka

mrudveeka

shatavari

tanduleeya

sharkara

the above ingredients are heated till herbal ghee is prepared.
