Kottakkal Panchakola Churnam is an ayurvedic churna.
Kottakkal Panchakola Churnam usage:-
- It improves digestion and relieves bloating, ascites, indigestion, anorexia, etc.
- It is also used in the initial phase of Panchakarma treatment.
Effect on Tridosha – Balances Vata and Kapha
Dosage:-
3 grams, once or twice a day before or after food or as directed by an Ayurvedic doctor. It is traditionally given along with honey.

10 g fine powder of
Pippali – Long pepper – Piper longum
Pippalimoola – Long pepper root – Piper longum
Chavya – Piper retrofractum
Chitraka – Plumbago zeylanica
Nagara – Ginger rhizome – Zingiber Officinalis
