Global Ayucare Return Policy
Global Ayucare ensures that the right medicines are sent according to each order and prescription. We work hard to ensure that your products are always delivered in perfect condition. We advise that all items get checked when they arrive.
DEFINITION
‘Return’ stands for the act of sending back an item purchased on a website by the buyer. Various situations can lead to this return action:
- You receive a different product(s) than you ordered.
- The product(s) you get are expired or close to their expiry date (consider medicines as near expiry if they have less than 03 months to expire).
- The delivered product(s) were damaged during shipment (please reject any product with a broken seal).
Note: Did your product arrive in less in a more than perfect condition? Don’t keep it. If you notice the damage after opening, you can return it for your money. We can’t always replace every product, though. A refund is often the better choice. This hinges on whether we have sufficient stock. If problems arise, we stand ready to troubleshoot for you. Please send us a Return request within a week after your product arrives. After this time frame, Global Ayucare might decline the return. Once we receive your Return/Refund request, we assess its authenticity. If everything lines up, we will initiate the return and refund process. But remember, the vendor’s go-ahead is crucial for us to issue refunds. Be aware, though! If your concerns about the product’s quality or contents are baseless or untrue, we may need to pursue the appropriate legal measures. In such an instance, you’d be responsible for all of Global Ayucare’s incurred costs.
The returns are subject to the below conditions
- Product returns aren’t acceptable for incorrectly ordered items.
- It’s required for the batch number of the returned product to match the invoice’s mention.
- Prescription alterations do not justify a return request.
- We accept returns solely for items still within their original manufacturer’s packaging.
- That means with intact price tags, labels, barcodes, and the invoice.
- Returns aren’t valid for partially used strips or products; return is only for completely unused items.
RETURN PROCESS
- If you need to return something, head to globalayucare.in/contact-us.
- You can chat with us there, any time between 8 AM to 8 PM, from Monday to Saturday.
- Our Global Ayucare team will look at your return request.
- In about 72 business hours, we’ll figure out if everything lines up. If it does, we’ve got you.
- We’ll get ready to take back the product(s) you want to return.
- Make sure you pack them back up in the original manufacturer’s box.
- Once we’ve picked everything up (if we need to), we’ll get you your refund. Please allow about 14 days for this process.
REFUND PROCESS
For all these situations, a valid claim will result in a refund as detailed here:
- An order from an online wallet goes straight back to that wallet.
- An order made with cash on delivery gets refunded via a direct transfer to the customer’s bank account.
ONLINE CONSULTATION
When you seek advice online, you can get a refund under certain conditions. If no response comes within a specified period, you can request a refund. To do so, tell Global Ayucare’s team within three days. This can be traced from when you asked your question or received an answer. The Global Ayucare team will then evaluate your refund request. If they approve it, the money will end up in your bank account. Remember that this entire process may take up to 14 days you requested a refund.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Customer cancellation
Customers can cancel their product orders until Global Ayucare ships them. Once something ships, it’s too late to cancel.
Global Ayucare Cancellation
Sometimes, Global Ayucare’s partners may not manage to fulfill certain orders, resulting in their cancellation. This can happen for reasons such as the product or the needed amount not being available, or mistakes in the price details provided by our partners. Global Ayucare can cancel orders tagged as ‘Bulk Order’ using its internal rules.
It’s possible for a “Bulk Order” to meet these conditions, but they’re not necessary:
- Things that people don’t need for their own use but that businesses can buy.
- Someone ordered the same thing over and over to the same address.
- An important item was bought in large quantities.
- The address given in the order details is wrong.
- The steps for placing an order are wrong.
- If you follow these policy guidelines and cancel your order, there will be no refund fee.
